Presently the formula calls for bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs, which I exceptionally prescribe utilizing on the off chance that you choose to cook the chicken at the very end to help fresh up the skin. In any case, this is a totally discretionary advance so in the event that you choose to avoid this, it is ideal to utilize boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or boneless, skinless chicken bosoms). You can't turn out badly in any case!
