I know Cinco de Mayo has traveled every which way, and this supper would be ideal for that, yet I am still overly amped up for the present formula at any rate! These seven layer burritos are much the same as the seven layer plunge (refried beans, guacamole, salsa, harsh cream, cheddar, lettuce, and olives), however wrapped up and contained into a flour tortilla shell. It was so straightforward, yet tasty, and an incredible change from our typical suppers.
My better half and I truly delighted in the smaller than expected plans inside this full formula for the guacamole and pico de gallo too. They were both great and incredible to gather up onto a chip for a bite.
In case you're baffled about what to make for supper this evening, you could even go directly to the store, purchase pico de gallo/salsa and guacamole as opposed to making it yourself, to toss these seven layer burritos together. This supper truly couldn't get any simpler! Cherished it!

- 1 package (8) burrito size flour tortillas
- 2 (16oz) cans refried beans
- 2 cups cheese
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 1 head green leaf lettuce, chopped
- 1 (6oz) can medium black olives, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup guacamole
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place refried beans in a bowl and heat them in the microwave, stirring occasionally, until hot.
- Spread a layer of beans on the tortilla. Then add a layer of guacamole, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, chopped lettuce, and sliced olives. Fold burrito up, cut in half and enjoy!
