Ingredients :

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract use the good quality
  • 4 Tablespoons packed light brown sugar

Instructions :

  1. In medium saucepan, combine milk and cream. Whisk in brown sugar and heat up the mixture but do not boil.
  2. Remove from heat. Sprinkle cinnamon over milk and cream mixture, add vanilla and whisk in to combine.
  3. Cool to room temperature or use right away in your coffee.
  4. Once cooled, pour the creamer into a tall jar, cover and store in fridge for up to 5 days.
  5. Shake well before each use.
